The Division winner the best record will play the wild card team with the worst record (Top Seed playing 8th Seed if you will), with the 2nd Seed playing the 7th Seed etc. In case there is a tie amongst wild card team record, the Division winner will play the Non Division member; if not applicable then a coin flip will decide which tied wildcard teams play Division winner.
